Refund policy

Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging, unused and returned IN STORE within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund to the original method of payment or exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Livestock feed, including supplements, cannot be returned due to CFIA regulations. If there is a problem with your feed, you must contact the store ahead of time.
