Random Bred 1978 Broiler - Unsexed Day Old Chicks

Were developed from different broiler breeder strains of birds that were important to the poultry industy in the 1970's. Broiler breeders are the parent stock of meat type birds which are called broilers. These birds were kept to be representative of meat type birds of that era. The Random Bred 1978 Broiler birds show a variety of colours due to the different stock originally used to contribute to the breed.

  • Rate of Lay: 180-200 per year
